Frequently Asked Questions

Please get in touch if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We provide pastries, fruit toast and sourdough bread as well as yoghurt and Tilba Dairy cheese for each room. There's also fruit juice, cereals and baked beans as well as jams and vegemite. Guests prepare their own breakfast at a time that suits them.

We can organise breakfast supplies suitable for dietary requirements if you let us know in advance.

The kitchen has a sandwich press and a convection microwave. There is no oven or hotplate.

The kitchen is stocked with a wide range of teas, chai as well as coffee and decaf pods for the Nespresso machine. There are always crackers available so you don't need to wait to sample your local dairy purchases.

There is plenty of space in the kitchen fridge for you to use for your own supplies.

No, each room has a dedicated bathroom. Valley View and Postmaster have ensuite bathrooms with a shower cubicle and Dame Zara has a spacious separate bathroom with shower over a full sized bath.

The rooms are cleaned between every new guest but otherwise we prefer not to bother you. If you are staying a few days and would like your towels and/or bedding refreshed just give us a call and we are very happy to oblige.

We do not have off street parking so you will need to park your vehicle on Bate Street or in the public carpark off Corkhill Drive. There is usually street parking available close to the B&B after 4.00pm and parking on Bate Street is safe.
