It was very quaint and full of character. The rooms were all special and decorated perfectly historically. The breakfast was very special with local cheese and milk etc. It was perfectly clean and had all the extras of local guides, games, tv, wifi, etc. Check in and out was easy

Loved our stay in Tilba, the room was very well appointed and super comfortable bed with luxury bedding. Bathroom is small but it has a quirky history as the old phone booth so didn't detract from our stay. Would definitely stay again. Friendly hosts.

We had a great night stay in this very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated space. The hosts were so generous with the provisions for breakfast and our comfort overall. We hope to be able to come back soon and stay longer next time

The ambiance of the building and interior. Great position and very comfortable with a good continental breakfast. Loved all the old style fittings - it gave you a bit of an idea what it was like "in the old days". Appreciated the modern appliances though. Wonderful little town to explore. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a great stay in the quaint Postmaster's room in Central Tilba. The room was very tastefully decorated and clean. The kitchen had everything you need for a good breakfast. There was also cheese and milk from Tilba. What was particularly good was that it is winter in Australia. Everything depends on whether there is heating. Our hosts had heated the room wonderfully.

The location is great, although the village is rather small and only has a few pop-up stores. The views all around are amazing. I think it is great that people are trying to keep these old towns and communities vivid!
